About

Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia to very modest means, my family had many talents. My mother painted oil on canvas for as long as I can remember, and my father was the hardest-working man I knew. Not because he was my dad but because he worked two full time and part time jobs to put food on the table and clothes on our back. 

Music was always a part of my life but it was country music that surrounded me. My father and I would drive down every Sunday to visit his brothers and sisters near Orange, VA, where he grew up. I would turn the radio to whatever country music station his little "corvair" could get.
